NetNoted provides digital services including website development, mobile application development, and digital advertising management. The exact scope of work is defined based on the selected plan or mutually agreed project requirements.

2. Payment Terms

Projects require advance payment as agreed before work begins. Work will commence only after payment confirmation. Final delivery may require full settlement if partial payment structure is used.

3. Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued only if the client requests cancellation before the project work has started. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable. Advertising management fees are non-refundable once campaign setup or strategy work has begun.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines depend on project complexity and timely submission of required materials by the client. Delays in providing content, approvals, or communication may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, branding materials, login credentials, and necessary information required to complete the project. Any delays caused due to missing information are not the responsibility of NetNoted.

6. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number specified in the selected plan. Additional revisions beyond plan limits may incur extra charges.

7. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

While we follow best practices in SEO and advertising, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, or revenue results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on market competition, industry factors, and third-party platform algorithms.

8. Third-Party Services

NetNoted may integrate third-party tools such as payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics services, or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for service disruptions, policy changes, or technical issues arising from third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final delivered project becomes the client’s property unless otherwise agreed. NetNoted reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

NetNoted shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Communication

Official communication is primarily conducted via WhatsApp. By purchasing services, you agree to communicate through WhatsApp for project updates and support.

12. Termination

NetNoted reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in abusive behavior, illegal activity, or violates these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bihar, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
